Bonney Lane Apartments

The building was constructed to provide affordable housing within close proximity to Brisbane’s CBD.

In total 84 apartments and 680m² of commercial space have been created over 9 levels including 2 basement floors, while maintaining much of an existing heritage listed building. Constant monitoring and careful underpinning design was essential to maintain structural integrity of the fragile brick structure that now forms the focal point of the building.
