From concept to creation, MPN took a lead role in the development of Alto Apartments in the Brisbane suburb of Toowong.
The 20-level residential building comprises 154 apartments and 308 sq. m of retail space. The central location of the building takes in some of Brisbane’s best views with upper levels looking out to Mt Coot-Tha and Brisbane City.
MPN provided feasibility, design development and construction service and worked alongside Silverstone Developments, Rothelowman Architects and Blackwatch Projects builders.
