The aesthetic appeal of Hikari Apartments was a design focus for MPN, ensuring it offered residents a welcoming, high-quality, spacious home.
This was further achieved through the views of New Farm, the Story Bridge and Brisbane City offered to upper-level apartments and the inclusion of a rooftop recreational area for residents.
In a practical sense, the eight-level development includes 31 apartments, a retail tenancy and basement parking. MPN worked closely with Tomkins Commercial Builders and Red Door Architects resulting in an efficient structural design while maintaining all key design requirements.
