Constructed on a greenfield site in the growing city of Springfield, this unique, resort style centre has over 32,000m2 of retail space for over 120 stores.
Reminiscent of a traditional town centre, the main street of Springfield divides the centre in two and is suspended over the basement car park. A ‘town square’ provides a central hub and is ideally suited to community events.
The centre was the first to be awarded a six star rating by the Green Building Council of Australia.
