Queen’s Plaza is located on the corner of Brisbane City’s Queen Street mall and Edward Street and is home to some of Queensland’s most exclusive retail speciality stores.
As well as the challenges presented by the retention of the heritage listed buildings and façade, MPN delivered:
3000m2 of commercial office space, and 4 levels of retail tenancies
A 25 metre deep excavation for the developments 7 level basement carpark
The replacement of the heritage listed Wheat Creek brick lined storm water drain by tunnel boring a new 1200 diameter storm water diversion under Adelaide Street
Providing a future allowance for the development above the existing centre.
